SPICY MICROWAVE FISH 
1 1/2 lb. snapper fillets
Juice from 1-2 limes
Lawry's seasoning salt
Worcestershire sauce
2 sm. zucchini, sliced
2 sm. tomatoes, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, cut in chunks

Spray a casserole dish with Pam then make 2 layers of the ingredients in the following order: Fillets, lime juice, seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce, zucchini, tomato, onion and green pepper. Top with a few dashes of Tabasco and pats of butter. Cover. Microwave on high 20-25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
