MICROWAVE FISH 
1 lb. fish
Pepper
Salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. parsley
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. cream crumbs, optional

Put fish in 9 x 12 inch glass dish (thickest part on ends). Sprinkle salt and pepper. Melt butter in microwave 1 to 2 minutes then add parsley, lemon juice, paprika to melted butter. Top with crumbs. Microwave on high 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Fish is done when fish flakes easily with a fork. Cover dish with wax paper not Saran Wrap.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
