FLUFFY FRUIT DIP 
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. apricot or peach preserves, orange marmalade
1/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. milk
Assorted fresh or canned fruit dippers, chilled

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, preserves or marmalade. (Cut up any large pieces of fruit.) Add walnuts; mix well. Stir in enough milk to make mixture of dipping consistency. Chill. To serve, insert wooden picks into chilled fruit pieces. Dunk fruit into chilled dip. Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.
