JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
2 eggs - beaten
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. oil
1 can cream corn
3 chopped jalapeno peppers
1/2 bell pepper - chopped
5 green onions (tops included)
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all well and pour into 9x13 baking dish.

Bake 40 min. or until done at 375.
