SWEET APPLE STUFFING 
5 c. dry bread cubes with crust
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
6 med. cooking apples, peeled, cored and chopped (Newton or Jonathan apples)

In large bowl, combine bread and milk. In small bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork, stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon. Stir egg mixture into bread mixture. Stir in apples and raisins. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.

Great recipe, reminds me of the stuffing Grandma used to make. I would reduce the eggs to 1, simply because I like a little looser stuffing, otherwise it was very good.
