SOUTHERN PEACH YAM BAKE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 (17 oz.) cans yams
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine flour, sugar and nutmeg. Cut in butter and add nuts. Drain 1 can yams; arrange yams and peaches in large casserole dish with the juice. Sprinkle with sugar mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with mini marshmallows. Broil until lightly brown. Serves 6.
