GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. honey
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water

Boil above. Place cooked yams in greased casserole dish. Pat with butter. Pour liquid glaze over yams. Keep glazing in oven, 400 degrees until done, may be 1/2 hour. In microwave, cook for 8 minutes on high.
