6 med. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Grated rind of 1 orange

Peel potatoes and cut in half crosswise. Place in greased baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover to brown. Serves 6. My Mother always had these at Thanksgiving.
