SPINACH PIE 
1 pkg. chopped spinach
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded Baby Swiss cheese
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 frozen pie shell

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in pie shell. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
