SPINACH AND BROCCOLI PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of parsley
Dash of pepper
Dash of basil
1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
3-4 slices Swiss cheese

Microwave or cook broccoli and spinach until thawed. Mix all ingredients except Swiss cheese together and put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Put Swiss cheese on top for last 10 minutes of baking. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
