TURKEY-BROCCOLI PIE 
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey, diced
10 oz. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. skim milk
3 eggs
1/3 c. whole wheat flour (or enriched flour)
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Put turkey in bottom of a greased 10 inch pie pan. Rinse broccoli in hot water and drain well; put on top of turkey. Sprinkle the cheese evenly on broccoli. Mix milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and thyme; beat 1 minute. Pour over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 20 minutes more. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more. Knife inserted in center should come out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
