1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. flour

Grind oatmeal in blender or food processor. Add honey, salt, flour, soda. Cut in butter. Add 4 tablespoons milk. Roll and cut with cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
