GIANT SHELLS WITH MEAT FILLING 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. parsley
16 oz. giant shells
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. In a medium bowl, combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, Mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook shells. Fill shells with meat filling. In a baking dish, spread some sauce. Arrange shells in a single layer. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated.
