MANICOTTI WITH MEAT FILLING 
12 Villa Roma Manicotti
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. minced onion
1/3 c. minced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. sherry wine
1/4-1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3-1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 c. spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Follow parboil directions to cook manicotti. Melt butter in large frying pan. Add pork and beef; cook until lightly browned. Add onion, celery and garlic. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes until celery is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sherry, cheese, salt and bread crumbs. Fill parboiled manicotti with mixture, using a teaspoon or small knife.

Heat spaghetti sauce with 2 cups of water. Pour half of this sauce in bottom of baking dish and top with filled manicotti side by side in a single layer. Top with remaining sauce, completely covering manicotti. Tightly cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 5-10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
