JUMBO SHELLS WITH MEAT FILLING 
20 to 25 jumbo shells
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
3 c. (12 oz.) grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
2 tsp. chopped parsley
28 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook shells as directed on package. Brown meat and onions in oil, drain. Combine cooked meat and remaining filling ingredients except spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Fill cooked shells. Pour some sauce in a 9x13 pan and arrange shells in a single layer. Pour over remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
