JUMBO FILLED SHELLS 
1 pkg. jumbo shells
1 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 slightly beaten egg
32 oz. spaghetti sauce

Parboil shells as directed. Combine next 6 ingredients. Fill parboiled shells immediately with cheese mixture. Pour 1/2 of sauce in pan. Arrange shells in single layer over sauce. Top with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
