CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. hash browns, thawed
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix the above ingredients all together. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees (covered). Keeps well, can be mixed together a day ahead. Serves 12 people.
