CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Mix first 8 ingredients together and put in a 9x13 buttered pan. Mix butter and corn flake crumbs and put over top of potato mixture. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Potatoes may be thawed first.
