LOU'S CRAB CAKES 
Absolutely Awesome!

1 1/2 lb crab meat (about 2 cups)
7 saltine crackers
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dill seasoning

Mix ingredients and fry in skillet with butter on medium heat until golden brown.
