PARMESAN CHICKEN LIGHT 
2 lbs. boned chicken breasts
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
Vegetable cooking spray
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Place chicken between 2 sheets waxed paper, flatten to 1/4" thick with meat mallet. Combine bread crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon basil and pepper. Dip chicken in egg then bread crumb mixture. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium high heat until hot. Brown chicken on both sides, remove and place in 12"x8"x2" baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon basil; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, bake an additional 5 minutes.
