BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 onion, chopped
2 ribs celery
2 tbsp. butter
3 cans mushroom soup
3 cans milk (use soup cans)
1 sm. roll jalapeno cheese
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add the mushroom soup. Fill the cans with milk and add to soup. Stir in jalapeno cheese and frozen broccoli. Salt and pepper and simmer 30 minutes.
