2 c. flour 2 sticks butter, softened 1 c. chopped pecans Mix together and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown (about 20 minutes). Cool. 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip Beat together and spread over cooled crust. 4 1/2 c. cold milk Mix together and spread over creamy layer. Top with 9 ounce Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped pecans. Chill. |
