2 c. flour 2 sticks butter 1 c. chopped pecans or vanilla wafers, chopped very fine 4 1/2 c. milk 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese 2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 3 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding (any flavor can be used) Mix flour, butter and finely chopped pecans together and spread like a graham cracker crust in 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown. Cool completely. Mix together sugar, cheese, 1 Cool Whip and spread on crust. Beat the 3 boxes instant pudding with 4 1/2 cups milk. Spread over cheese layer. Spread another 9 ounce Cool Whip on pudding layer. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill - very good but rich. |
