FRESH SALMON FILLETS OR STEAKS 
Fresh salmon fillets
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. white wine
Dash lemon juice
Dash garlic powder
Dash celery powder
Dash white pepper

In large skillet, put about 2 tablespoons butter and melt over medium heat. Add salmon fillets. Sprinkle on green onions, garlic and lemon juice. As soon as fillets begin to brown a little, carefully turn (be very careful as fillets are delicate and may fall apart without care).

Once fillets are turned, again sprinkle with green onions, dash lemon juice, garlic, celery powder, pepper and salt if you like. When this side of fillets are turning brown, glaze pan slightly with a little white wine until moisture disappears.

Remove fillets to platter. Serve with rice and vegetables - - a really low cal and good dinner!
