AMARETTO CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1/2 c. toasted chopped almonds
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine crust ingredients. Bake crust at 375 degrees until edge brown about 7 minutes. Cool on rack. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. whipped cream
1/3 c. ground blanched almonds
1/4 c. Amaretto

Mix filling ingredients. Pour filling in crust. Bake about 1 hour. Cool in oven with door open until center is set about 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Top with 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
