PECAN ROLL 
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. graham crackers
1/2 lb. seedless raisins
5 c. chopped pecans
Confectioners' sugar

Put milk in saucepan, scald over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until marshmallows have smoothed out. Remove from heat. Put graham crackers on waxed paper, roll until all are crushed. Mix crumbs with raisins and nuts. Add marshmallow mixture and blend.

Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on 2 large pieces of waxed paper. Put half of mixture on each paper and form into rolls. Be sure the roll is covered with confectioners' sugar. Wrap well and put in refrigerator. Slice when cold.
