BEEF WITH VEGETABLES 
2 sm. breakfast steaks
1 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 lg. chopped onion
1 lg. slivered green pepper
1 lg. tomato, sliced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

In lightly oiled skillet, saute onion and green pepper. Add beef and cook until tender. Add tomato slices. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch and water. Cover and simmer 5 to 6 minutes. Soy sauce, sugar, salt and ginger may be added to taste. Serve over rice.
