MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
3 tbsp. soy sauce (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Form into loaf. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. This is a real nice change from ordinary meatloaf. This is a very moist and different taste.
