REUBEN MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef, veal, pork mixture
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dried Lipton onion soup mix

Mix well. Lay flat on bread board, roll about 1/2" thick. Chop 1 pound can sauerkraut and drain well. Pour sauerkraut over meat 1/2" from edge. Top with 1/2 pound or more Swiss cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll, tuck in ends. Put in pan (uncovered) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (check at that time if done). Excellent sliced thin for sandwiches. Enjoy.
