EASY PEACH COBBLER 
29 oz. can peaches
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted

In 10 inch pan put the drained peaches in first, then sprinkle the lemon juice over the peaches, then sprinkle the brown sugar, then add the cinnamon. (Set the pan aside now.)

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Then add milk, mix well. (The mixture will be thin.)

Pour the batter mixture over the peach mixture, then sprinkle the melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Topping will be brown.
