CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 pieces chicken breast
1 pkg. (3/4 c.) yellow rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chicken & rice soup
3/4 c. water

Mix rice, the two soups, and water well in flat pan. Place chicken pieces on top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Uncover - brush with butter and return to oven for 15 minutes to brown, maybe longer. Bake at 375 degrees. (Check rice for doneness).
