PEACHES AND CREAM SALAD 
FIRST LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. orange juice
1 c. boiling water
1 c. Cool Whip
3 oz. cream cheese

Mix Jello, water and juice and let partially set. Mix together Cool Whip and cream cheese and fold into Jello. Put into 9"x9" cake pan and let set until firm.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 can peach pie filling

Mix together and put on top of the first layer. Let set and cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaves and top with Cool Whip.
