LOW CHOLESTEROL OATMEAL COOKIES 
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 container of egg substitute
1 1/2 c. 1-minute oatmeal
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix the flour and baking soda together. Blend vanilla, oil, sugars, then add the egg substitute. Stir in flour, oatmeal and nuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Drop the dough onto pan, bake for 8 minutes.
