LOW SODIUM, LOW CHOLESTEROL
OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES
 
3/4 c. SF corn oil butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins
3 c. oatmeal

Cream butter, sugar, egg beaters, water, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoons on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
