GMA HOFFS PUMPKIN BARS 
2 cups sugar
1 (15oz) can of pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased cookie sheet with a 1-inch lip.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting:

Combine ingredients for frosting in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Spread over bars when cool.
