GEORGE SWIGGUMS CINNAMON CARROT
STICKS
 
12 med. to lg. carrots (enough to fill 1 qt. container)
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. honey
1 stick cinnamon

Bring carrots and water to boil and boil about 5 minutes. Drain and save liquid. Put carrots in refrigerator bowl with cover. Add remaining ingredients to carrot liquid. Bring to a boil. Pour over carrots. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep 2 weeks. Yield approximately 1 quart.
