SWEDISH COFFEE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 c. butter
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
15-20 cardamom seeds (crushed fine), optional
8 c. flour

Scald milk with butter; cool. Add sugar, salt, eggs, cardamom. Add yeast. Add flour. Let it rise (double). Make into braided coffee cakes or cinnamon rolls. Bake 350.
