CINNAMON STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend this flour, butter and sugars. Take out 2/3 cup of this mixture and set aside. To the rest add buttermilk, soda, egg and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into 3 or 4 greased (depending on size) aluminum pie pans.

TOPPING: Mix the 2/3 cup mixture with 2 tablespoons firm butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter on each pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
