CHOCOLATE NUT PIE | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 c. walnuts or pecans 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 stick butter, melted & cooled 10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla 1 9" graham cracker crust Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sugar and flour in a large bowl. Set aside. Chop nuts. Add them, as well as eggs, butter, chips and vanilla, to sugar flour mixture. Mix together. Pour into pie crust. Bake 1 hour. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. |
