BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. quick corn muffin mix

Mix butter, onions, salt, cheese, broccoli and eggs. Stir in muffin mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Cut in serving size squares.
