FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can dark sweet cherries, drained
1 (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
10 oz. can mandarin oranges
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. or more chopped pecans
1 c. dairy sour cream

Drain fruits. Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Beat cream cheese until fluffy and then blend in sour cream, sugar and salt. Fold in well drained fruits, marshmallows and pecans. Pour into oblong Pyrex dish and freeze overnight.

I usually pour this into fruit cans - freeze - cover with plastic or foil. When ready to use - soften to just slip out of can - slice and serve.
