ONION CASSEROLE 
2-3 lg. onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 lg. bag Ripple potato chips

Slice 2-3 large onions into rings. Steam until tender. Layer slices of onion rings in the bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer grated cheese over onions. Layer crumbled potato chips over cheese. Mix well can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup milk. Pour 1/2 of milk/soup mixture over layers. Repeat layers of onion rings, cheddar cheese, potato chips and pour remaining soup/milk mixture over last layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
