ONION GARLIC POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. onion soup mix (2 env.)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (if preferred increase to 1/2 tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
6 lg. potatoes, unpeeled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small pan, melt butter. Stir in onion soup mix, garlic salt and parsley flakes until blended. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch slices. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with onion mixture. Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour or until fork-tender. Serves 6 to 8.
