GARLIC POTATOES 
Great to have with steaks, BBQs, or as a dish all on it's own. For those vegetarians out there you can leave out the bacon and this dish is still superb.

4 lb. potatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, chopped
fresh garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup fresh cream
grated cheddar cheese

Peel and thinly slice potatoes, peel and chop onion, chop bacon, crush garlic.

In a casserole dish layer as follows: potatoes, bacon, onion, crushed garlic and layer with grated cheese. Repeat until almost to top of casserole dish. Pour cream over top and then coat with grated cheese and bacon.

Bake in 350°F oven for 45 to 60 minutes for medium sized casserole dish.
