CASSEROLE ROASTED POTATOES 
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and peel 4 medium potatoes. Roll in 2 tablespoons melted butter. Then roll in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup seasoned packaged dried bread crumbs (combined). Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake covered for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
