ROAST BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. roast beef, shaved from deli
4 med. potatoes
1/2 pkg. beef stew mix
1 tsp. salt
2 qts. water
1/2 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and quarter potatoes. Add salt and beef stew mix to water in saucepan, bring to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until done. Save one cup of broth. Add butter.

Make alternate rows of beef and potatoes in an oblong baking dish. Or put meat in center and potatoes around the edge. Pour broth over casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Heat in oven 5 minutes.
