ROAST BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. gravy 1 1/2-2 c. cubed roast beef 4 slices cubed bread Brown onion lightly in butter. Add salt and gravy; heat well. Alternate bread and beef in buttered casserole, covering each layer with gravy. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Leftover potatoes may replace part or all of bread. |
