COQ AU VIN 
4-8 pieces chicken, your choice
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. flour
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 1/4 c. liquid (half white wine and half chicken broth)

Brown chicken in baking dish in oven at 350 degrees. While browning make sauce. Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Add liquid and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. When chicken is half cooked, pour sauce over it and continue baking, spooning sauce over chicken occasionally. Serves 4.
