CONGO BARS 
2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening or butter
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. nuts, chopped

Melt shortening, cool. Add brown sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and water; mix well. Stir in chips and nuts. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
