COON BISCUITS 
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. grated coon cheese
1/2 lb. ground sausage

Crumble sausage and mix all 3 ingredients. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water. You want thick dough. Spoon on cookie sheet lightly greased. Bake 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
